Linda Fong
My paintings, best described as abstract landscapes, are populated with imaginary forms. My work is abstract but I use traditional pictorial devices, like perspective, to activate the space within my paintings. With oblique links to universal aspects of real life, I hope my paintings can compel a viewer towards their own highly personalized interpretations.
I was born in the USA, and have a degree in Design from Carnegie-Mellon University. After many years working in New York, Philadelphia, and Honolulu, I now work full time as an artist in San Francisco.
